I can't get in touch with the business
Sometimes it can be difficult to reach a business shortly after they’re featured. Make sure you're using the contact information listed in the redemption instructions listed on your Groupon voucher.
If you’ve waited a week or so and are still having trouble, please contact us. Provide your phone number and a few details about the problem, and we'll reach out to the business to help and ask them to contact you directly.
How do I return a NABD Goods item?
You can return a Goods item for a refund within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated in the Fine Print of the deal. We can't offer exchanges at this time.
The following are never returnable: books, beauty products (excluding electronics), undergarments, perishable items, any items marked "final sale," and items that have been worn.

What is the Refer-A-Friend program?
So glad you asked! When you refer a friend to NABD, you can earn up to $12 in NABD Bucks!
As long as your friend is subscribing to NABD for the first time and buys their first NABD deal of $10 or more, you'll see the credit in your account within 48 hours of their purchase.
It's our way of saying "thanks" for spreading the word about Not A Bad Deal. Under "My account" click on "Deal Bucks" there will be a specific link to your account to refer friends!
When will my voucher expire?
The voucher expires on the date printed on the voucher. If the state or province where the merchant is located prohibits earlier termination, then the amount you paid for the voucher will expire five (5) years from the date the voucher is issued. The prepaid portion of the voucher will not expire in states and provinces where it is prohibited by law.
What if my voucher isn't honored before it expires?
No worries, we got your back! If the merchant is unable to honor your voucher prior to it expiring, notabaddeal with contact the merchant on your behalf to try to negotiate full use of your voucher. If we are unable to do so successfully, you will receive a full refund for the purchase amount.
Can I get a refund for my order?
Yes, you can.
We offer a Ten (10) day no questions asked refund policy. After 10 days, refunds will be issued if the merchant does not honor your voucher for what ever reason (except voucher past expiration date).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled while the ad is live.
When can I use my deal?
Your voucher will be emailed to you within 24 hours after the deal ends or of purchase. Each merchant has their own policy on voucher use. Some may have black out dates. We ask that you try to schedule the use of your voucher at lease 4 weeks in advance, unless otherwise noted by merchant in ad.
